ManageOrder360 follows a ₹1 per successfully processed order model. There are no setup fees, no subscription charges, and no hidden costs.
Because billing is usage-based and post-paid:
If you believe you were incorrectly billed, contact us within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Valid issues will be adjusted in the next billing cycle.
Refunds are not provided for issues caused by:
In rare cases of a confirmed ManageOrder360 outage, we may provide credits or adjustments at our discretion.
No refunds or credits will be provided if fraudulent activity or order manipulation is detected.
