By accessing and using ManageOrder360 (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate business and contact details.
• You must have authority to represent your business.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring all activity under your account follows these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse our platform. This includes:

• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt services.
• Using ManageOrder360 for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Manipulating order data to avoid billing.

5. Pricing & Billing

• We follow a ₹1 per successfully processed order billing model.
• Cancelled, failed, or duplicate orders are not billed.
• Invoices are generated monthly.
• Failure to pay may result in service interruption.

6. Data & Privacy

Your usage of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Integrations

We integrate with platforms such as Shopify, Razorpay, Shiprocket, and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes at these services.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform technology belong to ManageOrder360 / Noon IT Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or non-payment.
• You may request account termination anytime.

11. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for business loss, revenue loss, or third-party disruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use constitutes your acceptance.
